Based on the results of your blood test, your practitioner will customise a treatment plan tailored to meet your individual needs.
IRON INFUSIONS
Iron infusions are administered intravenously (IV), with a small cannula inserted into a vein in your arm or hand. The iron solution is then slowly dripped into your bloodstream, with your Healand practitioner monitoring you throughout. Once the infusion is complete, the cannula is removed. Follow-up appointments may be necessary for additional infusions or rechecking your iron levels as outlined in your personalised treatment plan.
